Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Lead to join our team at Chico's FAS. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a team of sales associates, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Growth
    • Establish and communicate clear sales expectations and goals to the sales team
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Lead a High-Performing Team
    • Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals
    • Provide coaching and feedback to sales associates to improve performance
    • Lead by example and demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to customer service
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service
    • Model and teach the company's customer service standards to sales associates
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business
    • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience
    • 1+ year of retail or sales management experience preferred
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
Working Conditions

This position requires frequent standing, walking, and climbing. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds is also required.
