Sales Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Lead to join our team at Chico's FAS. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a team of sales associates, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Sales Growth
- Establish and communicate clear sales expectations and goals to the sales team
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
- Lead a High-Performing Team
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals
- Provide coaching and feedback to sales associates to improve performance
- Lead by example and demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to customer service
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service
- Model and teach the company's customer service standards to sales associates
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience
- 1+ year of retail or sales management experience preferred
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
This position requires frequent standing, walking, and climbing. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds is also required.
