Job Title: Global Business Development Representative for EMEA and UK

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Business Development Representative to join our team in EMEA and UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify new business opportunities in the EMEA and UK regions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the region
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns
  • Conduct needs analysis and determine prospect pain points to drive qualified leads and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive business plan, including lead generation and prospect development strategies
  • Work remotely in the EMEA and UK region, collaborating with other teams to achieve individual, team, and company goals
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • 2+ years of experience in business development and lead generation, with a proven track record of success in the financial services sector
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a hunter mentality and ability to self-generate leads
  • Experience with SaaS sales and managing to metrics, leveraging technology in the marketing and lead development process
  • Ability to maintain an accurate and thorough database within Salesforce, along with leveraging LinkedIn and SalesNavigator
  • Must successfully pass a thorough background check and have authorization to work in the home base country
