Global Benefits Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Global Benefits Manager to lead and improve our benefits programs, focusing on EMEA and APJ. As a key member of our People Experience Team, you will support the design, delivery, and communication of benefits to attract and retain talent.
Reporting to our Senior Director of Total Rewards, you will recommend plan changes, collaborate with leadership, ensure compliance, manage vendor relationships, and oversee special projects.
You will be responsible for managing the design and implementation of global benefits in EMEA and APJ, enhancing benefit plans and policies, monitoring benefit trends and legislation, and recommending updates.
You will also evaluate programs, identify issues, and implement solutions, develop and deliver benefits training and communications, oversee employee education materials and system accuracy, and collaborate with third-party consultants to assess plan competitiveness.
We are considering applicants for our Dallas, Culver City, and San Francisco offices.
About YouWe are looking for a candidate with 8+ years of strategic experience leading benefits programs in global companies, specifically for EMEA and APJ, with a focus on scaling processes in a fast growth environment.
You will have strong project management and analytical skills, experience with benefits administration systems such as Workday, deep benefits expertise to guide the team, brokers, and consultants, and in-depth knowledge of international health, welfare, and retirement plans.
You will also be able to conduct detailed analysis of the healthcare market for global employer plans, have effective communication skills and pay close attention to detail, and be dedicated to improving the employee experience with employee-focused programs.
