The Role

We're seeking a strategic benefits leader to lead and improve our benefits programs, focusing on EMEA and APJ. You'll support the design, delivery, and communication of benefits to attract and retain talent. Reporting to our Senior Director of Total Rewards, you'll recommend plan changes, collaborate with leadership, ensure compliance, manage vendor relationships, and oversee special projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the design and implementation of global benefits in EMEA and APJ.
  • Enhance benefit plans and policies.
  • Monitor benefit trends and legislation; recommend updates.
  • Evaluate programs, identify issues, and implement solutions.
  • Develop and deliver benefits training and communications.
  • Oversee employee education materials and system accuracy.
  • Collaborate with third-party consultants to assess plan competitiveness.
  • Partner with regional HR, People Operations, and Payroll teams.
About You

We're looking for a candidate with 8+ years of strategic experience leading benefits programs in global companies, specifically for EMEA and APJ. You should have strong project management and analytical skills, experience with benefits administration systems such as Workday, and deep benefits expertise to guide the team, brokers, and consultants.
