Position Overview:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will deliver comprehensive hospice nursing services to patients and families in various settings, including care centers and home environments. You will work under the guidance of a registered nurse (RN) to complement the care provided.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and assess patients' health conditions, providing timely updates to the attending physician and the RN.
  • Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to educate and support patients and families during the end-of-life process.
  • Adapt to varying shifts and locations as required by business needs, ensuring flexibility in your role.

Qualifications:
  • Current LPN License in Florida is mandatory.
  • IV Certification is required.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of nursing experience is preferred, especially in areas such as oncology, palliative care, geriatrics, or home health.
  • CPR certification in accordance with American Heart Association guidelines.
  • Ability to engage compassionately with individuals from diverse cultural, religious, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
