Key Responsibilities- Direct Care Provision: Provide direct and indirect care to residents in a sensitive, professional, and effective manner.
- Medication Management: Contribute to all aspects of medication management, including orders, administration, storage, documentation, and adherence to state regulations and company policies.
- Charge Nurse Duties: Serve as the Charge Nurse for assigned shifts, ensuring residents are well cared for, and assume responsibility in the absence of the Executive Director and Resident Wellness Director/Director of Nursing.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Resident Care team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care provided to residents, including incident reports and accident reports as required.
- Education: LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) or RN (Registered Nurse) license.
- Experience: Minimum one year of experience in senior living, assisted living, or memory care environments.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under stress and in emergency situations, and knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
