About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Consultant to join our team at AT&T. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating meaningful connections with customers and providing personalized sales expertise to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options
  • Work on the sales floor, participating in events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers
  • Maintain a flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, to ensure excellent customer service

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly wage range of $15.53 - $17.31 per hour
  • The opportunity to earn up to $13,700 + in commissions if all sales goals are met
  • An uncapped commission structure allowing top performers to earn up to $62,460 per year
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan and paid time off

Requirements:

  • Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
