We are currently in search of candidates for the position of Advanced Support Technician, who will be instrumental in assisting our clients with software and technical challenges. In collaboration with Customer Success Managers and Sales Representatives, you will deliver expert support to resolve intricate issues related to our security platform, ensuring an optimal user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with the deployment and customization of the security platform
  • Promptly and accurately address technical inquiries
  • Work alongside internal teams to provide insights for platform improvements
  • Effectively communicate with clients to identify and resolve issues
  • Prioritize and address technical challenges in a timely manner
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations
  • Offer training and support to colleagues and end-users

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in the information technology security sector
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
