Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate customer account information within our ERP system.
- Process sales orders efficiently and ensure timely entry of data.
- Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding product availability and order status.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues by collaborating with internal teams.
- Manage Return Material Authorization (RMA) requests and maintain quality standards.
- Provide support to the sales team and coordinate sample requests.
- Document and enhance customer service processes for continuous improvement.
- Adhere to safety protocols and report any unsafe conditions.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who possess a combination of education and experience that enables them to excel in this role. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, along with one to two years of relevant experience. Familiarity with ERP systems and strong communication skills are essential.
Working Environment:
This position is primarily office-based, with occasional visits to the manufacturing facility. Candidates should be comfortable in a dynamic environment and able to wear necessary personal protective equipment as required.
