Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain accurate customer account information within our ERP system.
  2. Process sales orders efficiently and ensure timely entry of data.
  3. Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding product availability and order status.
  4. Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues by collaborating with internal teams.
  5. Manage Return Material Authorization (RMA) requests and maintain quality standards.
  6. Provide support to the sales team and coordinate sample requests.
  7. Document and enhance customer service processes for continuous improvement.
  8. Adhere to safety protocols and report any unsafe conditions.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who possess a combination of education and experience that enables them to excel in this role. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, along with one to two years of relevant experience. Familiarity with ERP systems and strong communication skills are essential.

Working Environment:

This position is primarily office-based, with occasional visits to the manufacturing facility. Candidates should be comfortable in a dynamic environment and able to wear necessary personal protective equipment as required.
