Position Overview

Doma is on the lookout for a Branch Manager who will epitomize our commitment to exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Your role will involve overseeing the local team, nurturing customer relationships, and managing the comprehensive closing process for transaction files.

Key Responsibilities

  • Under the guidance of an Escrow Officer or Escrow Manager, prepare escrow instructions and oversee the drafting of necessary documents.
  • Request the issuance of title policies and manage the disbursement of funds.
  • Ensure alignment of escrow instructions with preliminary title reports or commitments.
  • Facilitate communication between the Title Officer, Escrow Officer, lenders, and principals to resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare or oversee the preparation of essential documents, ensuring proper execution and recording.
  • Manage escrow bookkeeping and collaborate with the title department for order processing.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

  • Proficient in computer systems, email, and word processing.
  • Prior experience in escrow is essential.
  • Knowledge of real estate practices is advantageous.
  • Notary Public Commission is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills.
