Job Overview

Are you passionate about guiding clients in their quest for the perfect home? We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Residential Property Acquisition Specialist to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison for buyers from initial contact through to the successful completion of their home purchase, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Compensation:

$75,000+ based on commission structure

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a facilitator between buyers and sellers or listing agents to ensure a satisfying transaction for all parties involved.
  • Guide clients through a seamless home buying journey, including assisting with mortgage options that align with their financial plans.
  • Draft and prepare essential documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure successful transactions.
  • Coordinate property showings, conduct home tours, and engage in open house events for potential buyers.
  • Provide clients with relevant insights about the local real estate market.
  • Achieve an average of 2+ successful sales per month throughout the year.
  • Utilize company-provided systems and tools consistently to enhance your business operations.
  • Engage in weekly team meetings and maintain regular check-ins with your mentor agent.
  • Complete all required training tailored to your role.
  • Participate in team-building activities and events organized by the company.
  • Perform data entry tasks in various databases, including CRM systems and spreadsheets.
  • Adhere to lead management protocols established by the leadership at The Real Estate Center.
Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with the local real estate landscape and market trends.
  • A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • A valid U.S. driver's license and the capacity to travel as needed.
  • Preferred experience of over one year as a buyer's agent or in real estate.
  • A current Wisconsin Real Estate License is required (candidates in the process of obtaining a license may be considered).
  • Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Personable demeanor with outstanding customer service skills that foster client satisfaction.
  • Strong listening capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, alongside the ability to multitask and think creatively.
  • Proficiency in technology, including G-mail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and G-Drive.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
