Incentive:
A $1000 SIGN ON BONUS is available for the successful candidate.

SCHEDULE:
HOURS:
Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, with flexible days and times.

REPORTING STRUCTURE:
The Facilities Maintenance Specialist will report directly to the Environmental Services Director.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Maintaining a safe and secure environment through effective management of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
  • Executing daily work orders as assigned by site leadership.
  • Performing maintenance and repairs on buildings and equipment.
  • Participating in life safety compliance routines.
  • Handling painting tasks and apartment turnovers.
  • Addressing customer requests and performing snow removal as needed.
  • Completing additional projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial or residential maintenance.
  • The ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and follow directions effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to provide a professional image and service to all customers.
  • Compatibility with the mission and operational philosophies of Presbyterian Homes & Services.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English to communicate effectively with all customers.


Additionally, candidates must be willing to participate in an after-hours emergency on-call rotation, which will vary based on the size of the on-call group.
