Incentive:
A $1000 SIGN ON BONUS is available for the successful candidate.
SCHEDULE:
HOURS:
Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, with flexible days and times.
REPORTING STRUCTURE:
The Facilities Maintenance Specialist will report directly to the Environmental Services Director.

Key Responsibilities:

Your primary duties will include:
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment through effective management of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
- Executing daily work orders as assigned by site leadership.
- Performing maintenance and repairs on buildings and equipment.
- Participating in life safety compliance routines.
- Handling painting tasks and apartment turnovers.
- Addressing customer requests and performing snow removal as needed.
- Completing additional projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial or residential maintenance.
- The ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and follow directions effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to provide a professional image and service to all customers.
- Compatibility with the mission and operational philosophies of Presbyterian Homes & Services.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English to communicate effectively with all customers.
Additionally, candidates must be willing to participate in an after-hours emergency on-call rotation, which will vary based on the size of the on-call group.
