Key Responsibilities

  • Provide remote support via phone, email, and chat for Windows OS network/systems
  • Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair computers, printers, and software
  • Administer Active Directory, LAN administration, desktop support, email systems, and server administration
  • Utilize support ticketing systems and PowerShell scripting to streamline support processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in IT operations disciplines, including desktop support and server administration
  • Established experience with Windows OS network/systems and VMWare Infrastructure
  • Proven troubleshooting skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to travel away from home for business purposes (approximately 10% of the time)
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Competence in operating a personal computer, printers, and external computer peripherals
