    Requirements
    • Education
      • Masters Degree or Doctorate in Addiction Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
    • Experience
      • Two years' experience in administration or management of mental health programs.
    • Certifications
      • CPI and CPR/First Aid certification.
    • Skills
      • Strong leadership and management skills.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
      • Knowledge of mental health regulations and standards.
