The Director of Financial Operations is a key member of the Prime Healthcare team, responsible for planning, organizing, and influencing the company's financial activities. This role requires a strong leader who can oversee finance and payroll, ensuring timely reporting to the CFO and compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee financial records and ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting standards
  • Perform financial analysis for new and existing programs to ensure maximum profitability
  • Collaborate with the CFO to develop and implement financial strategies
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a closely related field
  • Masters degree in Accounting or a closely related field highly preferred
  • 3-5 years of management experience in a financial role
  • Extensive knowledge of healthcare accounting practices and principles
  • Familiarity with computer accounting programs
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to communicate proficiently in English, both verbally and in writing
