Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Design, implement, and execute a respective business unit's HR strategy and overall HR program delivery, spanning organization design, talent and workforce plans, and all company and business unit HR objectives.

  • Develop Strategic Workforce Plans: Partner with operations to develop strategic workforce plans that align the workforce with business needs. Work with the appropriate stakeholders to drive the execution of the workforce strategy.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience.
  • Experience: 8+ years of work experience with a Master's degree or 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Relations or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
  • People Leadership: Demonstrated people leadership experience, directly managing human resources team members.
  • Advanced Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience.
Work Requirements

This role involves occasional lifting of no more than 10 pounds at a time. Work is performed primarily in a seated position and entails no significant stooping, standing, climbing, walking, etc. Many sedentary jobs require good use of the hands and fingers for repetitive hand-finger actions. Working conditions occur within low to moderate noise levels related to the use of standard office or classroom equipment.
