Residency Program Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residency Program Director to lead our Dermatology Residency Program at Touro University. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the program's daily operations, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, and fostering a culture of excellence in education and patient care.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement program goals and objectives in collaboration with departmental leadership
- Recruit, select, and supervise program faculty and staff
- Oversee curriculum development and implementation, ensuring alignment with accreditation standards
- Monitor and evaluate program performance, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes
- Collaborate with departmental leadership to develop and implement policies and procedures
- Graduate of an accredited medical school
- Active or eligible for NY state medical license
- Board certified or board eligible in Dermatology
- Cultural sensitivity to a diverse and under-served patient population
- Competitive salary range: $400,000 - $400,000 per year
