We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Psychiatrist to lead our Residency Training Program at Northwell Health Physician Partners. Key Responsibilities- Oversee the Residency Training Program to ensure compliance with ACGME and ABPN regulations
- Provide educational training to residents, including oversight of the candidate recruitment process
- Manage the program's budget and review performance measures
- Participate in the institutional graduate medical education committee
- Supervise fellows, residents, and other trainees
- BC Psychiatrist with at least three years' experience in psychiatry residency education
- Outstanding clinical and managerial skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with Hospital and Health System leaders
