Zeta Charter Schools is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Resident Operations Director to join our team. As a Resident Operations Director, you will be part of a 6-12 month program that prepares you to become an Operations Director at one of our schools.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in operations work at the host school and tackle a variety of school-specific and Zeta-wide operations projects.
- Help develop systems for ensuring a world-class facility that meets Zeta's high expectations.
- Create a safe and welcoming school environment for all students, staff, and families.
- Engage in short-term and long-term thinking on best operational systems, using data to shape every aspect of our school systems.
