- Lighting Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of lighting products and be able to effectively communicate their features and benefits.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Excel in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
- Self-Motivated: Demonstrate self-motivation and a personal drive to achieve success, with a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to Learn: Be willing to learn and expand knowledge of lighting and plumbing products, as well as company policies and procedures.

- Education and Certifications: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales and Marketing, or Retail Management is preferred, but not required.
