ROLE OVERVIEW
Manage the customer experience at our home hospital by ensuring effective and positive communication with our clients. Additionally, set a standard for exceptional service while maintaining direct collaboration with our veterinary professionals regarding medical inquiries.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a liaison between veterinary staff and clients to ensure the well-being of both pets and their owners.
- Enhance operational efficiency by managing all communications and anticipating client needs.
- Deliver timely and accurate information to clients with professionalism and sensitivity.
- Discuss financial options with clients, offering support during challenging situations.
- Ensure proper follow-up with clients regarding patient care.
