Event Sales Coordinator

Our client, Glass Academy, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join their team as a Sales Associate for Events. This role is responsible for leading the sales of event booking from start to finish, including upselling packages and features, facilitating events, and ensuring a successful outcome.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to grow and sell our event space.
- Give tours to current clients/students to upsell and design event packages.
- Manage the booking of events, upselling the package, and closing the sale.
- Work the event, facilitation, and catering to the client's needs.
- Conduct informative tours, showcasing our products and studio with enthusiasm.
- Lead the outreach of sales via cold calling, emailing, and networking.
- Implement and engage customers in new promotions and programs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deals closed.
- Ensure client satisfaction after the sale, handling any queries or questions that arise.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Proven experience in event sales and upselling.
- Business-to-Business and Business-to-Consumer sales experience.
- Minimum of three years' experience in sales and upselling.
- Ability to work in-person at the gallery/shop on Thursday and Friday 2pm-8pm and Saturday and Sunday 10am-5pm.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Dedication to customer service excellence and satisfaction.
- Proficiency with computers, preferably Mac, and the Google suite.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
