CMI Management LLC is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager to oversee all operational aspects at a client site. The Facilities Operations Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between the government client and CMI. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications.


Key Responsibilities:
  • The Facilities Operations Manager will have a proven track record in managing facilities and maintenance operations of a government facility of substantial size and complexity.
  • Will be accountable for routine repairs and will engage in planned capital improvement initiatives for the facility.
  • Must ensure effective management and supervision of the efficient, economical, and satisfactory operation, maintenance, and repair of systems and equipment within the property.
  • Oversee the following systems:
    • Electrical systems and equipment
    • Mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
    • Fire safety and life safety systems
    • Service request operations, including record keeping through a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
    • Electric and hydraulic systems
    • Roofing and minor structural repairs
    • Elevator and vertical transportation systems
    • Child care center equipment
    • Janitorial and grounds maintenance services
    • Pest control services
  • Additional services may be requested by the Government for operations, maintenance, and repair or upgrade of the facilities.

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least five (5) years of recent experience in managing complex commercial and institutional facilities, including operations and maintenance.
  • Demonstrated expertise in establishing and managing operations for complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
