Position Overview:

The Appointment Confirmation Specialist plays a crucial role in managing customer data within our system and reaching out to verify appointment specifics. This role also entails handling incoming inquiries and returning customer calls. During periods of low incoming lead activity, the specialist will proactively make outbound calls to arrange further appointments.

Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Building and maintaining strong relationships is vital for success in this role. Each specialist is expected to set clear expectations for customers prior to their appointments.

Compensation and Work Schedule:
  • Work hours: Monday - Friday (12:30 PM - 9:00 PM), with alternating Saturdays
  • Compensation: Starting hourly wage with uncapped bonus potential
    • Average earnings for specialists range from $500 to $1000 monthly in bonuses
    • Unlimited bonus opportunities - your earnings are in your hands

  • Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel is advantageous
