Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators, parents, and specialists.
  • Utilize evidence-based instructional methods and adaptive technology to support student progress and independence.
  • Deliver specialized instruction in various subjects, focusing on building foundational skills and promoting academic growth.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments to evaluate student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
  • Implement positive behavior intervention strategies and create a supportive classroom environment.
