About the Role:

Pursue a career as a Radiology Technologist Special Procedures - Cath Lab at PeaceHealth Sacred Heart Medical Center at RiverBend in Springfield, Oregon. This full-time position involves working in a dynamic environment with cutting-edge technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate images for technical quality and exercise professional judgment in the performance of procedures.
  • Recognize patient conditions requiring immediate action and initiate life support measures.
  • Integrate previous imaging studies, laboratory results, patient history, and medical records to optimize exams.
  • Evaluate patient information for potential risk factors.
  • Initiate investigation of incidents when immediate action is required.

Requirements:

  • Accredited school required.
  • Appropriate knowledge of radiologic principles, physics, anatomy, physiology, positioning, and related medical terminology.
  • Registration with Oregon Board of Medical Imaging.
