Business Development Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team at Piusi, a global leader in design and manufacturing of fuel transfer, metering and monitoring equipment.
This role involves presenting and selling company products and services to new and existing customers, guiding them through internal and competitor product comparisons to help them choose the best product solution for each application.
Additionally, you will provide important product specifications to create kits, add accessories and integrate components together. You will also resolve customer inquiries and complaints, develop accounts by checking customer's buying history; suggesting related and new items; explaining technical features.
As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for creating sales material to present to customers and recording correspondence in Salesforce CRM. You will also set follow-up appointments to check on quotes and to keep customers aware of latest product developments.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in inside sales, technical customer service, or other related fields. They should possess exceptional phone etiquette in English and familiarity with CRM platforms. Strong technical background in electrical, fluid dynamics or other related fields is also required.
