- A.O.S. Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent culinary certificate with relevant experience.
- Experience in high-volume, complex foodservice operations, with catering experience being a plus.
- Strong knowledge of current food and catering trends, with a focus on quality, sanitation, cost control, and presentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to engage in patient satisfaction initiatives.
- ServSafe certification is highly desirable.
