Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Bunkhouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and providing exceptional customer service to employees and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee files, processing payroll, and handling benefits administration.
    • Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including scheduling interviews and conducting background checks.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including maintaining accurate records and reporting any incidents or issues to management.
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks to the company, including ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Employee Relations
    • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management, including responding to inquiries and resolving conflicts.
    • Assist with employee onboarding, including scheduling orientations and providing necessary documentation.
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Prepare and distribute reports to management, including payroll, benefits, and compliance reports.
    • Communicate with employees and management through various channels, including email and in-person meetings.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
    • Proficiency in HRIS systems and software.
