The selectee will serve as a Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment and Placement) (Reemployed Annuitant and ICTAP) in the Office of Human Capital, Law Enforcement Acquisition Division

Typical work assignments include:
Providing recruitment and staffing guidance and advice to hiring managers according to OPM and Agency guidelines;
Using an automated HR system (such as USA Staffing) to conduct research; to generate analytics and reports; to determine applicant eligibility/qualifications in line with OPM Qualification Standards; and to issue certificates of eligibles; AND
Implementing Federal staffing and placement policies and procedures that align with succession/workforce planning and operational consistency.
