Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Production Activities: Oversee the daily activities of production employees, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

  • Ensure Quality and Safety Standards: Implement and maintain quality and safety standards, ensuring that all products meet regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Manage Production Schedules and Resources: Plan and coordinate production schedules, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize production processes.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a manufacturing environment, with direct personnel responsibility of 20 or more employees.
  • Qualifications: High school diploma; college degree in industrial technology, business, management, or related field preferred.
  • Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop teams, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, intermediate computer skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a typical manufacturing environment, with approximately 80% of the time spent standing and walking. The employee will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent deadlines and changing priorities.
