Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor Night

The Maintenance Supervisor Night is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of equipment within the Regional Distribution Center (RDC). This role involves supervising a team that analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs broken equipment, as well as performing preventive maintenance tasks. The Maintenance Supervisor works closely with the Maintenance Manager and contractors to coordinate new construction and facilitate repair work, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a high-performing team to ensure equipment is fully operational
  • Analyze and troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks
  • Work with the Maintenance Manager and contractors to coordinate new construction and repair work
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field OR 4 years of experience in distribution center/warehouse operations or related area
  • Experience with repairing/maintaining various types of systems or equipment
  • Proven record of complying with safety requirements and building a culture of safety among subordinates and peers
  • Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical drawings
  • Basic math and reading comprehension skills
  • Basic computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience using power equipment (e.g., forklift, reach truck, yard truck)
  • Familiarity with Crown lift equipment
  • Experience troubleshooting and performing simple fixes to PLC programming
  • Leadership experience with direct report responsibility
  • Experience mentoring and coaching others
