As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a critical role in leading a team of 25-30 associates, ensuring the productivity, process, and quality of warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and support to ensure compliance and consistency.
  • Communicate policies and procedures to the team, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Use software to manage inventory flow, track records, and optimize employee workflow.
  • Monitor and report on stock levels, employee performance, and other key metrics to upper management.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize warehouse operations.
  • Train new warehouse associates and ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting.
  • Working knowledge of inventory management software and excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven track record of driving results and managing change.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
