Operations Manager

ShipMonk is a leading 3PL provider for e-commerce and DTC brands. We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to drive business and personal growth within our rapidly expanding fulfillment network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain a safe work environment for all associates and leaders
  • Lead and develop a team of front-line supervisors and hourly associates
  • Mentor, train, and develop teammates for career progression and performance improvement
  • Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives for safety, quality, and productivity
  • Build and deliver productivity plans by reviewing forecasts and partnering with other operations managers
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred
  • 2-3 years previous supervisory experience required, preferably within e-commerce, warehousing, or distribution
  • Operational experience and knowledge across two or more functional areas of e-commerce, warehousing, or distribution
  • Ability to manage, motivate, direct, lead, train, and develop other leaders and team members
