Key Responsibilities:- Maximize sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within assigned territory
- Identify and close new business opportunities
- Plan sales activities such as education trainings, inventory evaluations, and maintenance inspections
- Resolve all customer service issues in an effective and timely manner
- Document customer activities, purchase orders, etc. within STERIS IMS CRM
- Conduct quarterly and annual business reviews with customers and senior managers
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-7 years of sales experience, including a proven track record of achieving sales goals
- Medical device/service sales/B2B desirable preferred
- Industry certifications preferred (IAHCSMM, AORN, CCSVP, SGNA)
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Solid system skills (Microsoft Office, Sales/Customer tracking software packages)
- Base plus commission structure
- Medical/Vision/Dental benefits
