Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients facing challenges with the installation, configuration, and management of Enterprise Services.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and continuous improvement in service perception.
- Handle all incidents and requests, maintaining effective communication with clients to ensure resolution meets their expectations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Document and contribute to knowledge bases, detailing common requests, resolutions, and procedures.
- Utilize systematic troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Assist clients remotely, providing support for various technical needs.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of desktop applications, Microsoft operating systems, and basic networking principles.
Qualifications:
- Required: MCP certification in desktop Operating System software within the first six months of employment.
- Preferred: HDI, MCP, ITIL, CompTIA certifications.
- Education: Two-year degree or a minimum of one year of IT support and customer service experience.
- Experience with ticketing systems is essential.
- Strong typing and communication skills for accurate service request documentation.
- Ability to learn new skills quickly and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate high ethical standards.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year. Benefits include medical and pharmacy coverage, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), health savings account, life insurance, and more.
