We are seeking a skilled Field Specialist to join our Infrastructure Delivery team. As a key member of our SWAT team, you will be responsible for providing hardware-focused break fix services and solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing customer support for designated equipment
  • Communicating effectively in written and verbal form
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Completing administrative tasks associated with each call
  • Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory

Requirements:

  • Technical school certification or equivalent and 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to drive yourself to client locations
  • Ability to lift and move computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must own a basic repair tool kit

Benefits:
