Job SummaryWe are seeking a qualified Licensed Psychologist to join our team of mental health professionals. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will work closely with our team to provide trauma-informed clinical services and supervision to doctorate-level trainees.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct intakes and sessions for assigned caseload
- Learn the ins and outs of our platforms and ensure accurate documentation
- Learn how to use resources to effectively provide services to clients
- Establish a strong working relationship with clinical supervisors and case managers
- Develop a deep understanding of our platforms and services
- Begin to establish a caseload and provide high-quality clinical services
- Establish yourself as a trusted member of our team
- Develop additional projects and services to offer through Casa de la Familia
- Continuously improve your skills and knowledge in trauma-informed clinical services
- Active registration with your licensing board
- Experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma
- Experience in diagnosing and treatment planning
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Licensed Psychologists: $44 - $50 per diem
Compensation is based on factors such as experience treating trauma, diagnosing, treatment planning, and documentation. Incentives for productivity and bilingualism are also available.
