Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Licensed Psychologist to join our team of mental health professionals. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will work closely with our team to provide trauma-informed clinical services and supervision to doctorate-level trainees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct intakes and sessions for assigned caseload
  • Learn the ins and outs of our platforms and ensure accurate documentation
  • Learn how to use resources to effectively provide services to clients
Short-Term Objectives (First 90 Days)
  • Establish a strong working relationship with clinical supervisors and case managers
  • Develop a deep understanding of our platforms and services
  • Begin to establish a caseload and provide high-quality clinical services
Long-Term Objectives (First 6 Months)
  • Establish yourself as a trusted member of the Casa de la Familia team
  • Develop additional projects and services to offer through Casa de la Familia, such as blog writing and social media content
Requirements
  • Active registration with licensing board
  • Experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma
  • Experience diagnosing and writing treatment plans
Compensation

Licensed Psychologists: $44 - $50 per diem

Compensation is based on factors such as experience treating trauma, diagnosing, treatment planning, and documentation. Incentives for productivity and bilingualism are also available.
