Job Summary:We are looking for a qualified Clinical Psychologist to provide mental health services to inmates, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a correctional setting and be able to work effectively with a diverse population.
Responsibilities:- Conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans for inmates
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with treatment teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Monitor inmate progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Document all care provided to inmates, including face-to-face contacts and Interdisciplinary Treatment Team (IOTT) meetings
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology
- California State Board of Psychology licensure
- Experience working in a correctional setting
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse population
- Competitive hourly rate
