  • Loss Prevention: Support the General Manager in maintaining a secure store environment, identifying and addressing any potential security risks.
  • Marketing and Promotions: Assist in implementing and administering marketing and promotional programs, ensuring that all promotions are executed effectively.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales and operational reports to the General Manager, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in a jewelry or luxury goods environment.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Work Schedule:

The Assistant General Manager will work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends, to ensure that the store is adequately staffed and that customer needs are met.
