Role Overview:

Guidehouse is in search of skilled professionals to deliver financial regulatory compliance assistance to federal clients as part of a broader financial modernization initiative.

As a Financial Compliance Analyst, your primary responsibility will involve scrutinizing client-supplied financial and administrative documentation to ensure adherence to federal policies.

Analysts are expected to maintain meticulous notes that will support ongoing training and compliance improvement efforts.

Since the review program is already established, new hires will have access to program standard operating procedures and compliance checklists to enhance their understanding of the review processes and best practices.

New personnel will also receive training from Guidehouse team members who are already engaged with the program and have developed a solid working relationship with the client.

At the start of each month, the Financial Compliance Analyst will be assigned a specific number of documents to review and will be expected to finalize their reviews and notes by a predetermined deadline.

While the individual will primarily operate independently, they will collaborate with peers in similar roles and have multiple supervisory team members available for support and guidance as needed.


Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree
2+ years of relevant experience
Ability to obtain Public Trust

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in auditing, fraud prevention, or financial analysis.
Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
Capability to consistently review financial and administrative documents for extended periods, primarily working independently.
