Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Senior Financial Analyst to become a vital part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee financial operations, perform in-depth financial analyses, and prepare comprehensive financial reports. This position demands exceptional analytical abilities, precision, and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and tax compliance.
  • Prepare and interpret financial statements for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough financial analyses to provide insights into organizational performance.
  • Engage in budgeting activities and forecast financial results.
  • Oversee the preparation and facilitation of external audits.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and established policies.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making processes.
  • Enhance systems and procedures, initiating corrective measures as necessary.
  • Assist in preparing budgets and financial reports for executive meetings.
  • Supervise tax preparation, financial audits, and reporting processes.
  • Utilize financial software for various tasks and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial statements, cost accounting, accounts payable, forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, tax preparation, and financial analysis.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills, capable of generating financial reports and conducting cost analyses.
  • Proficient in MS Office and financial software applications.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to lead and manage effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
