Customer Service Representative

Superior Plus Propane is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, resolving customer issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Handle incoming requests and calls from customers with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Assist walk-in customers at our location.
  • Contact customers to answer inquiries and resolve concerns.
  • Process orders and complete forms/applications as required.
  • Support the sales team with incoming requests and outbound notifications.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED required; college degree preferred.
  • Five years of customer service experience in a high-volume call center/customer service environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.

This is a flex position, which means you will work 9 consecutive months and have 3 months off.
