This position is 100% in office.

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer service, increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide an outstanding customer service experience
  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Follow customer service procedures, policies, and standards
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
  • Provide accurate reports as necessary
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
  • Always maintain a positive phone presence
  • Maintain accurate Purchase Order processing and Invoicing via company's ERP system
  • Assuring accuracy of quotes and sales orders
Requirements
  • 3-plus years of experience in customer service
  • Manufacturing industry experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience working within an ERP system preferred
  • Experience in quoting/estimating
  • Experience with building products preferred
  • Experience working with independent manufacturer sales reps preferred
  • Experience in providing customer service support
  • Proficiency in English
  • Working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Customer service orientation
