Job Overview

Sun State International Trucks is seeking a skilled Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Service department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of technicians, ensuring excellent customer service, and exploring new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a team of technicians to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Oversee daily operations of the Service department, including scheduling and workflow management
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential new customers and revenue streams
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer experience

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of Service Advisor experience
  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience
  • 5+ years of Heavy-Duty Truck and Trailer Service experience, preferred

Ideal Skills & Talents:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Able to meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without accommodation
