Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager in planning and executing store workload, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Lead and manage adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Support and participate in truck unloading and stocking processes, ensuring efficient and effective execution.
  • Achieve individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and manage team members to achieve their role KPIs.
  • Manage visual merchandising standards, execute feature space and seasonal layouts, and maintain a well-merchandised store.
  • Execute inventory management processes, manage merchandise operations, and support Omni-channel processes.
  • Manage and execute shrink and safety programs, ensuring a safe and secure store environment.
  • Train, observe, and coach team members to achieve results, participate in performance management, and support Talent Development.
  • Interact with customers in a positive and respectful manner, providing solutions and ensuring a customer-centric shopping experience.
  • Assist with Omni-channel processes and cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production.
Requirements
  • Retail management leadership experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to remain standing for long periods, move throughout the store, and perform regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
  • Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
Work Environment

Public retail store setting, with climate-controlled areas and some outdoor work. Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press. Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
