Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Zobility. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for performing a range of accounting and clerical tasks related to the accounts payable/accounts receivable function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable Processing: Oversee and contribute to all AP & AR processing, including but not limited to:
    • Processing of employee expense reports
    • Processing of contract house invoices
    • Assist with customer invoicing
    • Customer collections
    • General ledger account reconciliations
    • Other tasks as assigned
  • Asset Protection: Safeguard company assets
  • Process Improvement: Ensure policies, processes and controls are thorough, timely and are being followed, report upward weaknesses and issues
  • Timely Processing: Ensure timely processing for all AP & AR processes
  • Vendor Communication: Communication with suppliers and vendors to resolve issues
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma
  • Experience: 2 to 5 years accounting experience preferred
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical capabilities, accuracy and drive to completion, strong sense of ownership, organized and able to multitask
  • Software Proficiency: Microsoft Excel and Word software experience
  • Communication and Organization: Good communication and organization skills
