Nursing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Director to join our team at American Senior Communities. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures that reflect current clinical practice and professional standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain nursing policies and procedures that meet established standards of quality.
- Collaborate with other departments and professionals to develop and support the coordination of resident care.
- Implement Key Clinical Quality Indicator systems to achieve and/or surpass corporate thresholds.
- Assist the Executive Director and Director of Nursing Services with preparation for long-term care survey.
- Demonstrates values to our residents, family members, customers, and staff.
- Must be available to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- One-year professional nursing experience in a long-term care setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Nursing service administration experience preferred or comparable management position.
