Job Summary

Mymaxdoc is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Patient Service Representative to join our team. As a Patient Service Representative, you will play a critical role in educating existing and prospective patients about the benefits of becoming a MAXHealth patient.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take inbound calls from prospects interested in becoming new patients at MAXHealth, articulating the unique benefits and value of making MAXHealth their primary healthcare provider.
  • Engage in outbound calling efforts to prospective patients, educating them on the benefits of becoming a MAXHealth patient and what sets us apart.
  • Follow up with existing patients to ensure they schedule preventative care visits and other patient outreach activities.
  • Manage a pipeline, log call activity, and follow up with prospective patients as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Field Outreach Team to schedule prospective patients for local community events, including health fairs, presentations at senior centers, and other activities.
Requirements
  • Relevant selling experience with establishing and maintaining relationships with business/vendor partners.
  • Detail-oriented and proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook); experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Experience in a role with base pay plus variable compensation.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to attract patients with a warm, gentle disposition.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
  • Ability to travel locally and statewide.
